PLEASE READ:

Folks, I cannot say for certain if the Red Israel is in fact the Khurtmani.  I believe it is from these posts (great posts to read before buying).  However, others have said the Khurtmani fruit is lighter:

This is the Red Israel fig tree -- my ONLY perfect 10 this year!  There is some discussion the Khurtmani may be another name for this tree.  However, others have said the Red Israel produces a much deeper red fruit.  To avoid confusion between Red Israel and Khurtmani, this Red Israel originated with KK with the name Red Israel.  It produces medium to large size figs that are just beautiful.  They have a reddish purple skin with a deep berry red interior.  These figs LOVE dry heat.  The figs come in between 75 to 90 grams.  I do NOT recommend this fig for those in the northern parts of the country unless you are able to extend your summer.  You Southern Texans, Southern Californians, and Arizona folks have found your match for heat -- I HIGHLY recommend you give this one a try!

The tastes of this fig were out of this world!  I tasted notes of Candy Orange, Strawberry, notes of Brown Sugar with cinnamon sprinkled on top!  The best way I was able to describe the flavor was similar to the cereal Fruity Pebbles.

My Red Israel is VERY prolific.  I've attached a picture of one of my air layer trees to show you how much fruit this tree puts out!

I do combine shipping if you win multiple auctions IF you wait for an invoice BEFORE paying.  Shipping is $8.95 for USPS Insured Priority Mail and $4.95 for First Class US Mail.  USPS Priority mail is expected to take between 1 to 3 days whereas First Class can take between 1 and 5 days.  Orders are sent on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I only ship to USPS confirmed addresses via PayPal.

Payment is expected no later than 12 hours of invoice.  Payment is required to ship cuttings in a timely fashion.  Delay of payment may result in a delay of shipping.

KYS - Know Your Seller!  There are a lot of people selling fig trees and fig tree cuttings that are NOT what they represent.  Sadly, you will not know until a year or 2 later when there is little recourse.  Simple searches of usernames on the internet can prevent this.

I am The1FigMan on OurFigs.com discussion forum.

Return Policy
If you receive a damaged item or are unhappy with the purchase, please email me.  I believe that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ESSENTIAL! As with all reputable sellers, I try to carefully pack cuttings and plants to protect them during shipping.  If there is any damage to the package upon receipt, please take a picture or two showing the damage to the unopened package with the label visible with the tracking ID.  If you would prefer, you can refuse shipping, write "Return to Sender: DAMAGED" on the outside of the unopened package, and return it to the vendor for inspection.  The delivery service is supposed to send the package back to me documented with the damage.  Upon confirmation of the damage, I will issue a complete refund. Due to the varying shipping environments, the package may not look great upon receipt.  If you do not wish to send it back, please remove and inspect the item right away.  Please take a picture or two and email me with any concerns.  I will provide replacements or 100% refunds up to a week after delivery, as long as the condition is documented with me upon receipt.  You may need to bring the cutting and original shipping package to the post office for inspection.  Please do contact me ASAP so I may assist with the process.
