Description
You are buying the tree shown in the first two pictures. Maltese Beauty is a medium size fig of high quality. The plant is healthy and a strong grower. It sets at a young age and matures fruit mid season. My mother plant came from Wills.
In 2018 Maltese Beauty was the super star of my fig lineup. That's based on quality and yield. It produced top quality main crop figs from June until November.
The plants have been in about 50% sun. So gradual acclimation to full sun is advised. They are being water about once a day. Don't be afraid to water especially if they wilt.
Please don't purchase my plants if you are concerned about FMV. They are probably all infected even the ones not showing symptoms. I do spray regularly with a number of recommended miticides and my plants do generally grow and fruit well.
