Edith's Raspberry Jam was originally tested and distributed for peer review under the name Edith Lamb to establish the consistency, quality, and confirm it is in fact a common fig.  The results are out!  This fig is ready to be spread on your toasted bagel as is or with some peanut butter on bread.  Edith's Raspberry Jam is a super jammy fig.  It has a real thin purple skin that melts on contact with a very deep red raspberry interior fruit.   This is my top berry flavored fig with a mouthwatering rich raspberry and strawberry sweet jammy flavor.
