COL DE DAME BLANC

Up for auction is a Col de Dame Blanc fig tree in a 1 gallon pot.

Cole de Dame Blanc is a later ripening French Fig. When ripened the exterior is a yellowish color and has a red sweet jammy interior.  The Cole de Dame Blanc’s name comes from its distinctly long neck. Its name means “collar of a lady” in reference to the high collared bejeweled dresses of French Royalty. The “blanc” in the name refers to the fig’s yellow skin.  I have not yet fruited this variety however the cuttings are from a trusted seller on FigBid. This is a common fig not requiring pollination.

I assume that all my trees may have been exposed to FMV at some point, if this is a concern please do not bid.

I usually ship on Mondays or Tuesdays but if you prefer a different day, please let me know as soon as possible after the auction has ended.

Local pickup is available.

After delivery the buyer is responsible for the care of the fig tree.  All trees have been grown indoors with indirect sunlight & grow lights, please introduce your tree to full sun gradually. Please give time for tree to acclimate to its new surroundings.
