De la Caseta - Beautifuly rooted large cutting.

This listing is for a well rooted extra thick De la Caseta cutting in a 3x8 pot. This variety was introduced by Montserrat Pons. It’s is gown as a commercial variety in the Belearic Island due to its ability to not spoil easy and  handles transport well. This variety produces beautiful medium/large fruit, with a light green skin that has some fine cracks when ripe and the flesh is intense red with a complex berry flavor and very sweet taste. The fruits can  hang and dry on the tree without spoiling. They are resistant to rain and dew and they do very well in humid climates. I have not yet fruited this cultivar so I’m looking forward to it this growing season. Would make an excellent addition to any top variety collector. 

 I suspect all my trees may have been exposed to FMV at some point , even the ones that show no signs. If this is a worry, please do not bid. The tree has been growing in my patio with AM sun and slow acclimation to full sun needed. 

I will usually ship on Monday’s to avoid post office delays over the weekend. Please be aware that’s the post office is a lot slower than usual. Item will be shipped either USPS priority or UPS Ground select, but there have been instances when it has taken longer than a week to arrive, however that’s rare. 

All my trees  have come from very reputable sources from the fig community and  this one came from profig but If there is ever a problem with the item please make me aware and I will do my best to make it right.
