Irene’s Black Greek- Grafted onto UNK in 1/2 gallon pot.

This listing is for an Irene’s Black Greek grafted onto Albanian UNK that is currently growing in a 1/2 gallon pot. Mother tree was obtained from Dan Foster early last spring and fruited true to type. Irene’s Black Greek produces medium to large Black figs with an excellent tasting berry interior and the fruits are very sweet and syrupy. Definitely on my top 5. Many have stated that if they only had to choose one cultivar, it would be this and now that I have fruited it for two seasons I would completely agree. Definitely a must have fig to add to any collection. 

I suspect all my trees may have been exposed to FMV at some point, even ones that show no signs. If this is a concern please do not bid. 
 

It has been growing in my garage under grow light  so  slow acclimation to full sun needed. Also protect from extreme cold and frost. Please check local weather before bidding to make sure it’s not freezing during the day. 

I will usually ship on Monday’s to avoid post office delays over the weekend. Please be aware that’s the post office is a lot slower than usual. Item will be shipped USPS priority or UPS 3Day select  but there have been instances when it has taken longer than a week to arrive, however that’s rare. If somehow the item arrives damaged please take pictures of both box and contents and make me aware. 

All my trees have come from very reputable sources from the fig community and this cultivar is true to type.   If there is ever a problem with the item upon arrival,  please make me aware and I will do my best to make it right.
