About the auction item:
For sale is a Marseilles Black VS (MBVS) tree in a 4"x9" pot. This was an air layer from last year and has survived the winter in the garage. A proven winner. Woken up from dormancy naturally, it has been accustomed to the outside environment (full sunlight, low temperatures and low humidity). Therefore, it is safe to be shipped and needs minimum transition once received.
Cerreto is a rare fig originally discovered in Czech. Don't be confused it with another fig with similar name but is from Italy. This fig has very beautiful leaves which are deeply serrated (see the pictures #3, 4). The fruits are extra large (see the last picture). It has fruited but hasn't ripened properly for me yet.
About shipping:
I will be using the USPS Priority Mail. I can ship to all states except CA, HI, and AK due to local regulations. No international shipping.
