IMPROVED CELESTE-EARLY CLOSED EYE WORKHORSE FIG TREE. THIS IS A EXCELLENT STRAIN OF CELESTE FROM JFE.

Shipping Live Plants is always tough this time of the year.  Live plants sometimes will get hot in a box! If you have a plant that you received and it's not doing well, please carefully unpack and water it.   Place in a cool shady spot and plant it up if possible. Figs are resilient! Many times figs will shed some leaves as a response to being in a box, but will form new leaves within a few weeks.  

I will ship on Monday OR Tuesday to avoid post office delays over the weekend. Item will be shipped USPS priority, but there have been instances when it has taken longer than a week to arrive, however that’s rare.

I suspect all my trees may have been exposed to FMV at some point, even the ones that don’t exibit any signs. If this is a concern, please do not bid.

Buyers please be aware of your local weather, if you prefer to delay shipping due to weather, please contact me and we can make arrangements. Local pickup is available. After delivery the buyer is responsible for the care of the fig tree.  All trees have been grown in a high tunnel without direct sunlight, please introduce your tree to full sun gradually. Please give time for tree to acclimate to its new surroundings. I URGE YOU TO KEEP THE TREE IN THE POT IT CAME IN FOR 4-6 WEEKS BEFORE POTTING IT UP TO AGAIN LETTING THE TREE ACCLIMATE TO ITS ENVIRONMENT.
