Catalisa

This is a straight-up honey fig.  Rich and delicious with amber-colored jelly-like pulp.  Very juicy, no seed crunch and no cavity.  Strong fig flavor with honey sweetness and soft melon undertones.  The skin is thicker than most but I like thicker skin as it gives the fig a bite.  Medium to large eye.
