Description

Up for sale is a well rooted cutting of Colonel Littman’s Black Cross (CLBC) in a 4”x9” tree pot.  What you see is what you will get.

CLBC is named after Colonel Littman at Gainesville FL, who called his favorite “Black Cross”.  It is a top tier exotic berry type fig with increasing growing interest in the fig community.  One of the few very best black figs, CLBC is well known for its complex berry flavor.  A relatively late ripening common fig with a tight eye.

Appreciate it if you would please read below carefully:

1. Shipment by USPS Priority Mail only.  Shipment fee is $20 for the first item and $10 for any additional tree.  Only Ship to US and no shipment to HI, AK and CA.

2. When the weather is cold, I will drop off your order at a local site of USPS.  The buyer should pay attention to your local weather to avoid cold damage.  Please plan with me if you would like to delay the shipment due to incipient weather.

3. The fig trees on sale are rooted from cuttings collected from my own plants, trusted FigBid sellers, or credential commercial sources.

4. The cuttings are rooted in ProMix potting soil and grown under grow lights, so will need acclimation to outdoor conditions.  Trans-potting to a larger container is recommended after one week upon reception.

5. I assume all of my fig trees have been exposed to FMV.

6. I try my best to send you a healthy tree.  If anything is not going well, please contact me and we will find a way together to resolve the issue.

Thank you!
