Black Bethlehem - This is a tremendous cold hardy dark berry fig.  In 2022 this was one of our earliest figs, which was a pleasant surprise.  Traditionally it has been mid season.  Pair it's short season capabilities with it's high yield and you have yourself a variety worthy of a spot in every growers collection.  This one hails from Greece.  

Chicago Hardy - Reliable and cold hardy variety. Staple of any respectable NE fig collection.
