Hurricane sale Col de Dame Mutant/ Bicolor

This variety was discovered growing in Catalunya Spain by Carlo's Lopez  which is my source of this variety. Believed to be a sport of Col de Dame Noir. This variety is a very vigorous and heavy producer of large figs of excellent quality. One of the trees I planted in the orchard this spring has grown between 7 and 8 ft and produced fruit. I failed to get photos of the fruit because of birds and I pollinated a lot of the figs this year which didn't look very appetizing. This auction is for the tree in the photos of this variety.
