White Madeira #1 - Rooted Fig Tree (ONLY ONE)

Offered for sale is a fig tree of the fig tree known as White Madeira #1 which was propagated from a cutting taken onto our orchard and rooted.  It would be growing more vigorously if moved into a larger pot.  This is the only rooted WHite Madeira #1 we are selling this year unless I discover another that was overlooked.  This is one of our favorite varieties and highly sought after.  It is a very productive variety for us, producing ripe fruit over a long season.  The original source for this variety reported it can produce a breba crop but all of our breba dropped.

This tree is growing in a 4" x 9" pot and is ready to be up-potted to a larger pot or planted in the ground.  It will be carefully packed in a box and secured in place using expanding foam which I've used successfully for several years.  If your weather conditions are a concern, please contact me before bidding to see if special arrangements can be made to delay your purchase but I prefer to ship the tree on Monday, July 1st.  The tree will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and tracking information will be entered into PayPal so please check your PayPal account for tracking information so that you can track the shipping progress of your tree.  Sorry, trees are shipped to U.S. addresses only.  If my actual shipping costs are significantly less than I've set up in this auction I will make a partial refund.  If it costs more, I'll absorb those costs.  Sorry, I do not offer combined shipping as this increases the risk of damage to trees during transit.
