LSU champagne (golden celeste)
released from LSU in 2007. A deep yellow to golden fig about the same shape and size of a large celeste fig. Tan to caramel pulp is very sweet and tender. Mostly closed eyes and resist spoilage even during inclement weather. This is an outstanding performer.
