Grafted Plum tree Red Ale

This listing is for a 40" tall Red Ale plum tree that was grafted in spring of 2018 to prunus cerasifera rootstock.  This is a standard seedling rootstock so for z6 and below I'd recommend 15-20' spacing and for z7+ 20' and well maintained.  This is a european type plum so should be pollinated by other European plums.  Unfortunately due to the size of the tree shipping cannot be combined!  Sorry, no shipping to California.  This tree is has nice roots and is ready for a larger pot or spring planting.  You will receive the tree in the picture and an embossed aluminum tree tag.  I don't really know much about this tree except that it grows really well, the original source was a CRFG meet.  This tree has an almost perfect graft union.
