Florea. Cold Resistant Variety. 2 Cuttings.

I received this variety some years ago from fellow eBay seller hermanansur. 

This is a very under-rated fig. I've enjoyed eating the fresh fruits from this tree and they are quite sweet and rich. Unfortunately, I've never gotten pictures of the ripe fruits from my own tree. Ripens to a brownish yellow color.

This tree has proven to be hardy and produces fruit early enough to ripen here in zone 6. Nice fig.

I first started growing my own fig trees in 2009 after tasting a fresh fig for the first time. I've been hooked ever since! I had no idea at the time that there were hundreds of other varieties of figs waiting to be discovered. Since then, I have enjoyed many other amazing fig varieties.  It's also been a real pleasure to see the fig people's community grow the way it has over the past 10 years!
