Excel air layer - SUPER ROOTS!

One air layer of Excel from my tree, you are bidding on the tree pictured. It was cut a recently and has settled well. It has fruited and is true to type and healthy. No shipping to CA or overseas.

Excel is an easy to grow honey fig bred by Ira Condit for potential commercial production. It has large, lovely leaves and fruits abundant greenish-yellow, honey flavored figs. It has been quite hardy for me in PA, but only sometimes ripens fruit after being killed back in the winter. If protected I expect it would be a much better producer. It will also do very in pots. This tree has already been pruned back for shipping and will explode once up potted or planted.

SHIPPING INFO: Shipping may be delayed in the event of hot weather, I will coordinate with the buyer before anything is shipped. Multiple orders can be shipped together. I reserve the right to trim trees as needed, but usually this not needed. Additional trees may be available upon request.
