Long Beach 'UNK.' #1 Fig - 10 Cuttings

Update: I have recently picked fresh fully ripened figs off the mother tree, and posted the pictures of what the fully ripe figs look like inside & outside. 

You are bidding on 7 cuttings of the Long Beach UNK. #1 Fig. The cuttings will range from 6in. - 12in in length. The pictures above do not show the cuttings you will receive. They are only examples of what you will be receiving. The cuttings you will receive will be taken after purchase, so they arrive as fresh as possible.

I discovered this fig, back in late Summer 2018. I decided to name it after the City where I found it. I do not know what variety this fig could be, but it is a really tasty fig! The mother tree is fairly old, and produces a large amount of figs, that ripen around late summer, August. It does appear to be a common variety. I have provided images of the fruit (fairly ripe not peak ripe), and general leaf shapes from the tree.

Taste: The figs from this UNK. Variety turn a Purplish color, and range from Medium to Large in size. When fully ripe the flesh is very soft and sweet! It starts out a reddish color inside, and turns into a light to amber color when it's fully ripe. It does have a mild seed crunch to it. The edges of the inside, turn an amber color, with a jammy red center. I recently had a PEAK RIPENED fig from this UNK. tree, and it was incredibly sweet! I was speechless with how sweet it was! It was literally like a spoonful of honey in my mouth! I'm very impressed with this variety! It gets really jammy inside!
