Tehama Gold is a unique seedling fig found in Tehama county, California.
Yellow fig with a golden marmalade-like interior.

The flavor is rich with a fruit cocktail nectar that oozes from the eye with a hint of apricot. The interior is very jelly-like with hardly any seed crunch.

The eyes appear to be mostly closed.
No signs of bugs mold mildew or damage from open eyes.
June average size 1 ounce to 1.5. The July-Aug crop has larger figs in the range of 2 ounces
Very prolific early crop starts June 8 with perfect golden ripe figs in zone 9b
