The Bourjassotte Grise fig is a delicious berry fig! This cultivar is consistently one of my favorite figs. Many people have compared the Bourjassotte Grise similar to Socorro Black or Violet Sepor. The fig has a moderate strawberry flavor with notes of plum. The cultivar is an early and vigorous grower producing a breba and main crop.
