Description

This auction is for a extremely healthy, thick Galicia Negra rooted cutting in a 1/2 gallon pot. The figs are medium to large in size with a dark exterior and a very dark berry interior. The texture of the fruit is thick, sticky and jammy. The figs are moderately sweet, become syrupy inside when perfectly ripened, and have been seen to nearly dry on the branch in warm weather. The flavor tends toward blackberry jam, often with a distinct figgy flavor.

The tree has been growing in my patio with daily morning sunlight and growing nicely.  Upon arrival, you may want to up pot it for best growth. Please protect from extreme cold and If you live in a very hot/dry environment please acclimate slowly to full sun.

There is no signs of FMV although I suspect all my trees may have been exposed at some point and they just grow out of it as they get older. It has never affected their vigor or production.

I will usually ship on Monday’s to avoid post office delays over the weekend. Please be aware that the post office is a lot slower than usual due to Covid 19 and lack of staff. Item will be shipped priority but there have been instances when it has taken longer than a week to arrive, however that’s rare.

All my cuttings have come from very reputable sources from the fig community and  If there is ever a problem with the item upon arrival, please make me aware and I will do my best to make it right.
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!
