About the cultivar
Origin: PORTUGAL
TC12 is appraised as one of the best black fig varieties from many fig collections & growers. It produces attractive, medium-sized fruits with almost black skin. The pulp is burgundy with a jammy texture and is fragrant. It is also quite sweet like honey. When allowed to dry on the tree the sweetness intensifies even more.
It is a common type of fig and thus, does not need wasps to pollinate.
The plant: It was grown as a rooted cutting. The plant shows no signs of FMV, but it is possible that it has been exposed to it as no pathogenic tests have been conducted on the variety.
Instructions: Once received, the plant should be kept in a morning sun-only location for 2 weeks and then brought out into brighter light for another week. After that, full sun is best.

You are bidding for the plant as shown in the pictures. The plant will be professionally packed and shipped UPS in an 8" x 8" x 24" box.
