Golden Rainbow

These are really good figs that have a tight eye
and not a single one has spoiled despite several of the other nearby fig varieties spoiling.  

These are very easy to root and are a very vigorous variety. These figs are large and packed with flavor. The late season figs that I had from Robert's tree have a nice berry flavor with honey and melon. The early season figs have been more like sweet honey without the berry. This is a great fig and was ranked as a favorite by many people.

These cuttings are from actively growing trees and are not dormant. They are lignified but should be rooted quickly and not stored long term. I have had great results with cuttings at this stage and they grow quickly for me but you will need to baby trees all winter so please keep that in mind before purchasing.
