For auction from cutting in a 24oz cup MADEIRA ISLAND BLACK.This plant has been indoors under grow lights.The root system is forming beautifully.Some nice thick feeder roots and lots of fine hair roots developing.A new shoot is popping out at the bottom of the cutting.My source of my Madeira Island Black plants is KK.Its a sweet jammy syrupy delicious fig.My two trees are going into their second season this season.They set a nice amount of figs for young plants last season.This variety needs a good long season here in the northeast similar to BM.Many collectors have a greenhouse.I don’t so my figs don’t get that jump start in February or March.They go out in April weather permitting.MIB is a great addition to any collection.If you live in the south or out west this is a grand slam.This is another outstanding Portuguese variety.This plant will take off once it gets outside in natural sunlight comes spring.I assume all fig trees have or have been exposed to FMV.The plant you see is the plant you will receive.It will ship priority mail mail 1-3 days delivery.
