Armenian is a large to very large yellow-green fig with amber to golden colored pulp. This variety was donated to the NCGR UC Davis, CA collection in 1991. It was given the accession ID of DFIC #157 at that time. The fruits are known to have a large eye. The tree typically has a spreading habit.
I acquired my scion wood for this variety from Mr R. Watts in 2011.
The cuttings being listed here are the result to an order that was never paid. You will receive the last cuttings of this variety for this season.
The cuttings are about the diameter of a pencil and about 8-9" in length.
Sorry, the only image I have of the ripe fruit is a bit out of focus. Better pictures coming next season :-).
