The Crenshaw Fig - 3 Cuttings

This is an offer for 3 cuttings. ( 6-8 inches long)  Pictures and description  are used with permission of Sacred Origin.

The Crenshaw Fig is a unique seedling found by Sacred Origin.

It is not known if the fig requires the wasp for pollination at this time. This is a limited offer with only a few batches available. Testing will be conducted in the 2021 season. 

The figs are rather large and juicy with each eye typically filled with amber colored honey. 

The exterior is yellow and the inner flesh is redish orange with a very distinct flavor of crenshaw melon. See picture of the melon. The flavor is rich and not watered down. The figs dry well on the tree.

The leaves are huge and the stems and leaves have a unique blue-ish tint to them.  I would imagine that this fig will do well in rainy areas since the skin seems to resist cracking and it dries well on the tree with the fruit resisting spoiling during drying process.
