NV1 Fig Tree

NV1 is a very rare cultivar from Lebanon, exclusive to the collection of select fig connoisseurs such as Dato Syed Elias.

NV1 has green skin, very striking vivid red pulp packed with an intense flavor and complexity. It is creamy and juicy, with the perfect amount of sweetness, and has a nice seed crunch.  It has a memorable after taste that will leave you reaching out for more.

NV1 is a very productive cultivar so you will enjoy an abundant harvest that can be preserved for year-round consumption. Lebanese dried figs are well known to be one of the best in the world and make very good jam. It is said that once you try it, you will never be satisfied with commercial fig jam.

NV1 is a common type fig and does not need pollination by wasps.

Up for bid is a very healthy and well-established NV1 fig tree, in a 1-gallon pot. This is a robust grower and it is 2- feet tall including the container. This tree is rooted cutting came from my mother tree received from a trade.

While this plant shows no signs of FMV, I assume that it has been exposed to FMV.

Please acclimated this fig tree for a week or longer for climate re-adjustment.
