For sale are two (2) cuttings from my Bordissot Blanca-Negra fig tree.  The cuttings you will receive will be approximately 6-10 inches in length and will have no less than 3 nodes.  I will cut them fresh prior to shipping.

The Bordissot Blanca-Negra fig is one of the most gorgeous figs I've ever seen.  While this is not a rimada fig, it is a striped fig.  As it matures, it takes on a beautiful shade of purple.  As it approaches ripeness, it develops deep burgundy stripes, which are clearly visible in the photo.  Visually, it's a knockout.

I began my tree from cutting in Winter 2018-2019.  I planted it in a container, and it grew with extreme vigor and towered over me by the end of the summer.  I planted it in ground in Spring 2020.  Since, it has grown into a beautiful, large, espaliered tree and produced a large amount of gorgeous, medium-sized figs.

This tree has been an average performer in my humid, wet summers when it comes to split resistance.  Rainy weather can affect this fig because it has a thinner skin, so it's prone to splitting.  However, the figs that ripen during dry spells are incredible.  This fig is very sweet and has a deep, intense berry flavor and pools with syrup inside.  It's absolutely delicious and worth growing even in my rainy climate for the very high quality fruit it produces.  If you have drier summers than I do, this can be a standout performer.
