Zaffiro I have been growing for 3 years now in ground. It is an average to above average producer with a long season. It is still ripening heavily now and has been ripening figs since end of August. The figs have a blue to purple velvet skin and very soft. The interior ranges from golden to dark golden . It is a honey fig, very sweet and delicious. It is an Italian variety and does not require pollination. Just a great fig! Does well in wet and cold climates. You get the exact two dormant cuttings in the pics.
