Varietal Info: This is one of my tastiest, most productive, most rain resistant varieties. It's so underrated that it makes me sick my stomach. This is not a fig for everyone though. You have to have patience. Wait at least 10 days after swelling begins before picking. You will be rewarded with a very sweet, strong berry flavor that has one of the most pleasant gooey/jammy textures. White Triana is like a mid season Coll De Dama Blanc.
