Variety being offered: 2 cuttings of Dels Ermitans (MP) -- DOES NOT Require Pollination

I will ship to anywhere in the US on Mondays. All of the varieties I am offering have fruited for me and have been confirmed to be true to type. They've also been cut fresh and have plenty of moisture within. Thank you & feel free to ask me any questions.

Varietal Info: I had one side by side a Black Madeira last year. Neither were in top form, but boy is Dels Ermitans up there. It's very sweet. It seems to be consistent that there's A LOT of fig nectar with this one. More honey than 98% of the figs I've grown. I highly recommend it. It seems to be ripening well in cooler conditions and it's fantastic in high humidity. In Pons' book you'll see that this is one of his latest figs. I have no doubts that it's on the late side, but in 2019 I was very surprised to see that I had even acquired this variety let alone fruited it. This was a final node that I grafted last fall in an effort to try and secure this one. The graft took, but never leafed out until the following season. The tree woke up around April 15th (no GH) and put out a single branch from that node. I didn't imagine that I would get any fruit from this tree this season, but I realized sometime around mid to late June that I could pinch it and well... here we are. This variety does produce breba. My limited observations thus far is that the variety doesn't take much longer than your standard 90 days. However, the ripening window is quite long as it only ripens 1 fig at a time and what seems like there is a long window between each ripe fig. This could in part explain why it's so late. This is my last set of the year.
