Manresa is a Spanish variety found in the collection of Monserrat Pons.  It produces black / purple figs with very thin and fine skin.  The pulp is a pink red, tasty and not overly sweet.  It produces two crops, and the breba crop is quite early, ripening in early June.  The main crop ripens from mid August through late September.  The figs from mature trees average about 70 plus grams, and are ovoid shaped with a small eye.  They are quite resistant to weather, and transport well.

I am offering a well rooted cutting of Manresa, healthy and growing in a tree pot out doors, under shade cloth.  This tree has great foliage, and form and should be very productive.  This is a new addition to my collection and I have not ripened fruit yet.   I am offering for sale an extra rooted cutting.   In an effort to raise and sell the best quality possible, I am always careful to source my cuttings or trees from well know, reputable sellers who have verified their varieties, and I keep great records of my sources.

Upon receipt, please acclimate your new fig tree gradually to the new environment by keeping it out of direct sunshine but in bright ambient light for a minimum of a week or more.  If it is showing no signs of stress, you can gradually increase the sun exposure and up pot to a 3 or 5 gallon pot.   This tree is presently living outdoors, under shade cloth and has not been exposed to direct sunlight. 

USPS is taking considerably longer to deliver to select parts of the country  so I have switched to UPS, and I'm happy with the results..  I will package your tree with care to ensure a safe delivery.  Please make arrangements on your end to ensure the package is not left sitting in the hot sun, and that you open immediately and water if needed.  The tracking information will be provided.  I do offer a combined shipping discount.  If the combined shipping does not automatically adjust on your invoice, please message me for the adjustment prior to payment.  If you live locally to me and wish to pick up your tree in person, please request that the shipping charge be removed prior to payment.
