Description
You are bidding on the tree shown in the first two photos. Galicia Negra is a dark medium sized fig with a very dark red almost black interior. The flavor is sweet and rich. My mother plant grows very well. In fact you might call it a monster because it's so vigorous. It is not precocious. Growing it in a pot will slow it down and help fruit set. The last picture is a potted GN loaded with figs.

This really is a great tasting fig and the fruit is good sized. It has a reputation of being hard to root. My mother plant came from Wills.

The plants have been in about 50% sun. So gradual acclimation to full sun is advised. They are being water about once a day. Don't be afraid to water especially if they wilt.

Please don't purchase my plants if you are concerned about FMV. They are probably all infected even the ones not showing symptoms. I do spray regularly with a number of recommended miticides and my plants do generally grow and fruit well.

Combined shipping is offered. If you win multiple auctions at the same time wait to pay until you receive an invoice reflecting the combined shipping discount. I can not ship to CA.

Auctions ending Thursday or other weekdays will ship Saturday unless you advise differently. Saturday shipments usually arrive Monday or Tuesday. Packages keep moving on weekends. Auctions ending Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday unless you advise differently.

I greatly appreciate feedback of all kinds. Thank you for your interest..!!
